• CAMPING FEES
The fee for camping this year is $100 (includes tax) per person for up to 14 days. Children l2 and under are FREE.
Your campsite fee allows camping during the dates of August 4-17, 2010.
No refunds are available for days not camped. Reservations are transferable before July 1, 2009.
• DISCOUNT CAMPING
Registrations paid by May 15, 2010 will receive a $10 per person discount.
• RV FULL HOOKUP/110V ELECTRIC SITES
We have 3 full hookup sites available with water, sewer and electric. They are $500 each for 2 people plus $100 for each additional person. These sites are available for up to 14 days for this price. We have 4 sites w/110v electricity; they are $80 for site + $100 per person.
• RESERVED SELF-CONTAINED RV sites
RV Trailers, Motorhomes, Pickup Campers, etc.; $100 per unit plus your “per person” fees.
• OFF-SITE PARKING of extra vehicles is expected
to keep the camping areas open. If you do require your extra vehicles and/or bike trailers at your site, there is a $100 each parking permit fee.
As always we will be providing FREE morning coffee, Hot showers, flush toilets, store with breakfast items, snacks, ice, beverages and assorted necessities, we provide a safe, friendly and fun atmosphere.
• SHIP YOUR GEAR
The cost to ship your gear out early is a $l0 receiving fee and a $l0 return fee plus the UPS charge for each package handled. Fee must be paid in full or guaranteed by Credit Card upon your departure.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
Advanced deposits are not refundable after July 1, 2010. Cancellations are accepted through July 1, 2010 with a full refund less $20.00.
Fires are not permitted by Meade County law during the Sturgis Rally dates.
